We may process contact, order, delivery and billing data; technical and usage data according to consent; locally stored cart and preference data; and your email address when you request a discount code or marketing communications. This website does not receive or store full card numbers or payment credentials.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to manage orders, payments, shipping, returns and enquiries; send discount codes and commercial communications when you agree; protect the service; run consented Vercel and Google analytics; measure consented Google Ads campaigns; and comply with legal duties.
4. Providers
We use Shopify for commerce and checkout, Vercel for hosting and consented analytics, Google for Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads, and necessary payment and delivery providers. We do not sell personal data and Meta Pixel is not active.
5. Transfers and retention
Recognized safeguards apply when providers process data outside the EEA. Data is kept for the commercial relationship and legal periods; consent-based data until consent is withdrawn.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability, or withdraw consent, at info@aerobagstore.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7. Security, children and updates
We use reasonable security measures. The shop is not specifically directed at children under 14. This policy may change when services or legal requirements change.
